Richard J. Cadell
Richard Caddell was born in 1976 and grew up in Llantrisant, South Wales, and was educated at the Universities of Cardiff and Oviedo.
He graduated in 1999 from Cardiff University with a degree in Law and Spanish (LL.B.), followed in 2000 with a masters degree (LL.M.), for which he was awarded a distinction, both overall and for his dissertation on the legal status of the wreck of the RMS Titanic.
He is currently studying for a PhD in public international law at Cardiff University, under the supervision of Professor Robin Churchill, evaluating the protection of cetaceans under international law.
His hobbies are snowboarding and singing in dodgy bands that never seem to get any gigs
