ADVERTISING CONTRACT CONDITIONS

I. Definitions

a- Banner: space offered to the advertiser for the agreed time and price.

b- Advertiser: person or firm that advertises its products or services through the banner in this site

c- Price: the price agreed and reflected in the offer and accepted by the advertiser

d- 'immediately': in less than two working days (bank holidays excluded).

e- Page of destination: the page to which the banner directs.

II. Undertakings

a.- Advertiser undertakings:

    i- The advertiser undertakes to pay the agreed price in advance of the banner being published

    ii - The advertiser accepts responsibility for the products and services by him advertised.

    iii - The advertiser accepts not to make www.derechomaritimo.info responsible at all for any claim whatsoever, including, but not limited to, due to the use, bad use, acquisition, buying, selling or any other commercial activity on behalf of the www.derechomaritimo.info user produced by the use of the banner and the content of the page of destination.

b.- www.derechomaritimo.info undertakings:

    i - The site undertakes to publish the banner for the agreed period of time, once the agreed price has been paid.

    ii - The site undertakes to issue the bill as soon as possible, showing the agreed price and time.

III. Exclusión of responsibility

The site rejects all responsibility whatsoever derived from the content of the page of destination of the banner. the site also rejects responsibility derived from the use, bad use, acquisitoin, buying, selling or any other  commercial activity whatsoever on behalf of the user, together with any moral, civil, legal or tort responsibility derived from using the banner. Responsibility is also rejected for the content of the page of destination and the use that anyone could make of it.

IV. Jurisdiction

In case of conflict, www.derechomaritimo.info offers its willingness to solve the issue amicably. Should this not be possible, the parties to this contract agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Barcelona Arbitration Tribunal (TAB) and to apply the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
